Keep each session small enough to finish. Consistency comes from a plan that survives a busy day, not from a timetable that looks impressive on paper.
The retest tells you whether the week worked
If a GS fact disappears, reduce it to a smaller prompt and reconnect it to context. If a reasoning method is slow, identify the first step that still takes time. Use fresh questions for the retest. Repeating yesterday’s answers measures memory of the answer, not understanding of the method.
